Helpful information about the iSC online shop

If you are looking for general information or are unable to find functions that you normally use, you might want to browse through the FAQs.

Registration / Customer account

Your user account enables you to view all of your current orders and the status of these. You can enter multiple addresses to save time when you place orders in the future. You can also use the online warranty and the online repair service.

Please make sure that you have filled in all of the fields marked with an * and that you have provided the correct information. Maybe you have simply made a typing error?

Another reason could be that you have already registered the e-mail address you have entered. In that case, simply use the “Forgot Your Password?” function.

You can change your password in your user account in the "Account Information" section. If you forget your password, you can request a new password when you log in. A new password will be sent to the e-mail address you have given us.

You cannot permanently delete your user account. We can do that for you. Simply send us an e-mail (no special form needed) at entering “iSC Online Shop– delete user account” into the subject line.

Order / Productsearch

The user-friendly search function helps quickly to find the item you are looking for. You can enter the article number or a portion of the product description. The item(s) is/are displayed on the results page. You can also select Garden, Tools or Accessories on the menu bar and navigate to the item you are looking for.

If you have found the item you are looking for, simply click on the shopping basket icon. The icon appears in the list view on every product page and on the exploded drawing. After you have clicked on the icon, a pop-up window is displayed telling you that your item has been added to the shopping basket. You can either continue shopping or open the shopping basket and proceed to checkout.

If you want to check out, proceed as follows:

  1. Open the shopping basket by clicking on the shopping basket icon on the menu bar. In the summary list, you can remove items from the shopping basket or change the quantity.
  2. Click on the checkout button.
  3. Log into your user account. If you do not already have an iSC Online Shop account, please create a new account now. If you do not want your data to be saved, you can continue as a guest without registering.
  4. Enter your data (e-mail, billing/delivery address).
  5. Select the desired delivery option.
  6. Select the desired payment option.
  7. Once you have finished placing your order, we will send you an order confirmation.

Please note the following when paying by credit card: The card number must not contain spaces, dots or special characters. You must also enter the card type (e.g. Visa or MasterCard), the expiration date and the CVV number. If you enter the correct information but still have problems, there could be a problem with your browser (e.g. Internet Explorer). If that is the case, try restarting the browser. If the problem persists, we recommend that you contact your bank, because only the bank can tell you why you are having problems.

For technical reasons, once you have placed an order you cannot cancel it on your own. If you want to cancel an order, we will do that for you. The best thing to do is send us an e-mail at and tell us exactly which order you want to cancel. You may also want to tell us the reason for the cancellation.

The time in transit inside of Germany and to Austria depends on the transport service provider and is usually 2 - 5 days. The other transport can spend 3 - 15 days. Look at the delivery information section to find out more.

Once we have handed the item(s) over to the parcel delivery company, we will send your tracking number to you by e-mail. You can easily look up the delivery status on the service provider’s homepage and find out where the shipment currently is.

Return/ Revocation/ Warranty / Repair

In revocation cases (within 14 days), please use our revocation form. In warranty cases, please use our warranty service. If you have a defect product, which is not a warranty case, please use our repair service. This service can also be found under the menu item "Service-Center". Please note that the warranty service and repair service can only be performed with an active account. More information can be found here


If you get stuck while you are trying to place an order because a page fails to open or nothing happens when you click on a button to confirm an action, the problem may be the browser you are using (e.g. Internet Explorer, Firefox). Try to reload the page or start again from the beginning. If that does not work either, we recommend that you use another browser. If the problem persists, please contact us for assistance. The best course of action is to send an e-mail to and tell us exactly where in the order placement process the problem occurs and what browser version you are using.

We take great care to ensure that shopping with us is secure. We guarantee that all transactions on our Online Shop are protected with SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption technology. Order information is SSL encrypted to prevent decoding by unauthorized persons. All standard browsers (e.g. Internet Explorer, Firefox, Safari) support SSL. Our cash payment service provider EVO payments ensures maximum security for all common payment options.
